The ProBuilderScheduler is your job and task management tool, built specifically for UK builders.
It’s designed to take the stress out of organising projects, keeping track of your team, and making sure everything runs on time. Instead of relying on messy whiteboards, endless text messages, or chasing people on site, you get one simple place to plan and track the work.
With the scheduler, you can:
Create jobs and break them down into clear tasks.
Assign tasks to different team members or trades.
See what’s happening each day, week, or month on an easy-to-read calendar.
And make updates in real time — so whether you’re in the office or on site, everyone knows exactly what’s going on.
The goal is simple: fewer delays, less confusion, and smoother jobs from start to finish.
Once you’ve created your first job, it will appear on the jobs dashboard as a card. Each card gives you the key details at a glance — the job name, client name, location, and the project timelines.
To dive into a job, just click the card. This takes you straight to the job overview.
The overview gives you a quick snapshot of what’s happening. You can see the status of tasks — what’s still to do, what’s in progress, what’s done, and what’s blocked. You’ll also see any recent tasks that have been created, along with the job details.
From here, you can move over to the task board. This is where you create tasks, set dates and times, and assign them. Every task you add here automatically feeds into your visual schedule.
The schedule gives you a clear picture of what needs doing, what’s already been done, and the deadlines for each role. If something changes, it’s easy to update — you can edit task details, shift dates, or adjust timelines as needed.
Managing tasks is simple. You can drag each one into To Do, In Progress, Done, or Blocked. As you update them, the scheduler refreshes in real time, so you always know exactly where the project stands.
This turns your job into a live, easy-to-manage schedule — giving you full visibility and control without the usual stress of chasing people or juggling paperwork.
